I got a offer for one of my domains on Sedo. The domain is findplease.com and the offer is $250USD. Do you think it is a good price?

Did you have a minimum on it? was that the 1st offer?

I would counter if I was not happy with the initial offer...with that name...not sure you would get anymore if sent to auction.

Nice first offer. Most first offers that are not at minimum price on sedo have a serious buyer behind them (from my experiences). I would counter offer, doing this you do run the risk of losing the sale altogether.

Basically, if you are happy with $250 for that domain and could use the $ - take it. If you are not in need of cash and are not happy with the offer, counter. Pushing this domain to auction would probably not be very successful (IMO). Good luck either way!

For that domain, it's a good offer. But i would test the waters given its an initial offer. I'd probably counter $500.

Not just make a counter offer, you have to add description why do you think your domain worth your desired amount of $. In other words you have to motivate buyer.

Very true, if a buyer's initial offer is not the minimum they turn out to be serious buyers, somewhat more interested in buying as compared to others. I have experienced this too.

Well , its my own opinin and its pretty clear also. Anyway , you can follow others advice , just make sure do not scare your buyer away.

Counter offer with $995 because who ever is seeking this domain definitely has a project in mind. I am sure this domain does not get much type in traffic.
And when a buyer has a project in mind and they find they domain to go along, its hard for them to let it go.
