Thinking about selling this one but don't even know where to start...thoughts on value?

I could see some frat wanting it for a yearly event site, but I just don't see anyone popping for a decent amount. Low to mid XXX if you are lucky, but I just don't think you will get a lot of interest.

I like the name. I went to FSU and every year all the fraternities and sororities went to Panama City for a weekend called "Spring Weekend"...pretty much a Greek Weekend.

Toga! Toga! Toga!

That was our original concept...now we're considering the sale. Any comments on value?
