Hi. I have acquired the domain "Hack.info". I found a couple of similar domains that have sold recently. The domain "Hacks.info" recently sold in a SEDO auction for $2250. Assuming that this is correct market value for Hacks.info, is there a certain rule of thumb that could be used to help value a singular form of a plural domain? (ie. a plural domian is worth 40% of the value of a singular domain). I have also found an auction for "hackers.info". The ending value of the auction was 3000 Euros(approx US$4400), but the bidding history of the domain looks a little suspicious to me, so I don't know if this could be used to determine the true value of Hack.info. If anyone could give me an opinion as to what this domain could be worth, that would be very helpful.

Thanks
