I have owned/developed this URL for a local charity since 2000. The organization has selected another domain and no longer wants this one.

StFrancisHouseFL.org

It expires this week - but I just noticed that it has a PageRank of 4 : PR4.

Do I drop it ? If not, how do I monetize it ?

Please help.

The only way to maintain the PR is to develop the site with content and Adsense to monetize. It would also help to know how many links from search engines point to the old domain. Then create content and duplicate those pages. The only trouble is what will the content be about. The domain name seems limited as to choices.

If you park it the PR will drop.

I already redirected for most of a year - they have asked me not to anymore. They would like people to use the new URL. (They also asked me to change the search engines, too.)

well, you can recreate the site with contents that contains similar key words
and insert some ads such as adsense or YPN.
