I know the auto appraisals and manual appraisals are useless.
I have 3 domains I have been directly contacted with interest to buy.

Any help on true value?

jsta.com (no site been registered for about 13 years)
vrt360.com (no site)
yayer.com (no site) we also have the .ca

Cheers!
First post on this forum.. great find!

High end prices for random four letter .com domains can be $2500 to $4000. For example, if its an acronym of a company's name they could go up to that range. I don't see any significance in jsta myself, low end for these types of names are $50 to $100.

vrt360, don't know without doing a search if this has any significant meaning.

Yayer is a brandable, pronouncable five letter .com, they can go for high end $2500 to $4000.

This is just to give a ballpark, it would help if you knew who was offering and why.

Thanks.. weird I just replied to this post and it disappeared??! Must be Monday morning brain..

The most recent offer for vrt360 seems to be a domainer. He asked my two use one of two suggested appraisers and he will pay whatever they appraise at?
Leaves me skeptical of his intent and if he's just trying to push sales into these guys. I asked for $1500 for vrt360.com and he says that's ok but I should get an appraisal.
So I am assumming baloney? FYI I registered vrt360.com to start a real estate virtual tour service..

yayer.com has had a few offers one from a clothing company - they offered $2500 - I replied to proceed with the sale.. they disappeared.
The newest offer was $1500... not sure of who they are ... or if I am going to low on it..
