i wouldn't give much value at all, given the choices

if the words don't fit the extension, then stay away from them unless you're willing to pay premium registration prices for the good ones they withheld.

like >" 24hr.plumbing" @ $240 reg/renew price
something like that makes sense

or a generic name like leroys.plumbing for $9

I agree with @Biggie about it being an improper domain.

If it's Hire.plumber that makes sense but hire.plumbing won't.

I will try to get refund or else I will list it from $100 to $300

Yep! I agree with others here, hire.plumber would have been perfect domain. Nevertheless, you may still get the refund.
