Could be good for anything. It gets about 50 hits a day with nothing there.

I would have accepted that! Dont be too greedy! You may end up not selling at all!

Well its a site with a partner...I would have taken the $5,000 but he insists to get 10k. I think he might be right but who knows.

Take the $5K and be very very thankful.

Sometimes you just get lucky.

You should have definetly taken that. I personally think that you will be hard pressed to get $10k for it.

Good Luck !

HolyCrap this domain is brandable, but I agree with most people. If you really want to sell it, take the 5k. If not, develop it.

Developing it is a next step. We are thinking of making it a deals site. Mostly affiliate links and coupons. FatWallet type of site I guess. Like I said...it's more my partners decision since he registered the domain. I am just managing things for him and gonna start the dev soon.

5K is a good offer but he wants more...he has enough money not to care about $5,000

You can't lose something you never had.

I just got $17,000 for a domain name. I don't think $10K is too much for this name. It's very usable. I think my partner might take $7500 but who knows. I just know he flatly refused $5000. And if I changed partners I wouldnt get a dime...I am basically the working partner while he owns the domain. So I just get a cut of whatever we bring in.
