Earlier posts you made made it clear you appreciated his help.

he did not sell you the site.

he missed sending a file.

he sent the file.

its not his problem.

its not my problem.

when people are wrong, I let them know.

Think about it:

Ken sold the site to that dogstar

Ken got a higher offer

He GAVE it to to dogstar because he accepted it.

The only wrong person here is Dogstar for taking that money when he wasn't even familiar with the site.

because it his responsability to make you whole, not Kens.

Yet ken STILL helped you.

So many people trust me because I stand behind my sales...like I am trying to do here. I would think you would be happy to have a total refund and be rid of the software with "major errors". But since you won't take my refund, you must have other motives.

All I did was ask for advice from fellow members. I did not mention you or dogstar to protect your reputations, but you identified yourself and you felt free to attack me throughout this thread. You even attacked me and called me a crook and a liar AFTER I offered a refund.

I asked you to post the "rude" PMs you said I sent you....please post them.

this is soo crap... i have better things to do (full-time student/part-time job/webmaster/etc etc) and I know you do too, so i don't want this to go on forever, but I do not want to be seen (as you obviously do not) as being the one in the wrong. I will therefore step-up and admit that you were not that rude, just impolite.
Honestly though, the software does not work on most computers?

IMO

The original buyer should have checked and tested the site to make sure everything was "kosher"......before reselling it!
He is responsible to the second buyer.

Whatever TN does to rectify the situation, should be taken as a favor to the second buyer......as he has no obligation to him!

Obligation rests on the first buyer, to the second buyer!

Hope you guys can get this resolved, to the satisfaction of all interested!

Well, thank you for finally being honest. I was impolite once you said that I knew the key gen didn't work...I took that as a personal attack. Like I said many times before, I was at work and there was no way for me to check until I got home. I even sent you a PM asking if I could cancel the hosting so that I would not take your site offline if the DNS had not resolved.
