I know he used the "hope & change" incessantly during the campaign, and everyone remembers / associates the expression with him, but doubt people search for, or type in "hope obama" much. Just don't see the words together in that context. Might be able to develop it with "hope obama succeeds", or "hope obama fails" as keywords? (I have not checked the availability of those combinations btw)

You have names I like much more than this one Guy. Don't know much about the hope-obama link, but he would have to be completely synonymous with the word hope for this to carry any real value I think.
