Hi guys...

I'm interested in purchasing a 3-letter .us domain, but I want to know how much LLL.us typically go for to base my offer on?

Can anyone help me?

Anywhere from $40-$4000 +

Depending on the quality of letters,

And the fact that domainers own a very large % (like evey other niche) of the name.

I'm almost finished on a deal to buy 1 for $2200 and sell another 2 for Mid XXXX (premium letters)

most of the crappy letter you can get for ~$100

Good luck.

Wow, really? Some are worth $4000+? That's like the price of a LLL.com ... the letters I want are not pronounceable, like it's not like GEE or something like that, if that makes a difference. :o

What are considered premium letters?

I have 5 or so for sale at $30 each. So I'd day they are worth $30.

I sold one for £2000 mid last year and one for $1500 a few months back. These were both really strong combos but were not pronouacable. I don't get involved with the lower quality cxz type combos because I see very little end user potential in them.

These were both end user sales. Reseller prices are much lower, obviously.

P.S. Happy to release the names I sold via PM, if interested.

Something like GOD.US or NYC.us could easily break $4k

Nor would I. I was simply proving the point that LLL.us can be worth more than $4k.

Some LLL.us sold for 5 figures. Check dnsaleprice.com.
Reseller market is much lower though.

The 3-letter .us domain I am seeking is not a vocabulary word, abbreviation, or pronouncable. I am willing to pay up to mid $xxx for it, do you think this is a fair price to offer?

I have of course offered a low-mid $xxx price in the hopes of getting the domain that I want at that price...I hope everything goes well for me. :)
