How to put automatic voting buttons on my website

I want to put an automatic voting button on my website to vote for a particular product's popularity. It can be something like this. There will be 5 buttons marked 1-5. Users will click on one of this buttons and then the result will be stored. Then when the user can refresh the page, he/she can see the new average data. Can anyone tell me how I can do this in the most easiest way? Thanks.
