Wanted: Service How to unlock .info domains in my fabulous account??

Hello everyone,

I wanna transfer out of my .info domain to another registrar from fabulous,

but the status shows:

Status:CLIENT DELETE PROHIBITED
Status:CLIENT TRANSFER PROHIBITED

can anyone tells me how to solve this problem, or where can I unlock it??

sign in....click manage...., click "transfer" of domain, verify in popup box ...done
