HTML/Graphic Designer Needed

I'm looking for someone to do unique HTML/Graphic design work for various new websites. Willing to pay in $$$ on a per job basis. Work would be for entire site design from logo to full site. I'm not looking for template cookie-cutter type work. Please post samples of work or send PM with info. Quality, Accurate time estimates, price, and quickness will all factor into decisions. First projects will start in about 2-3 weeks.

I am also looking for banner design artists, mostly .GIF format, so if there are any of you out there that design banners, please post or send me an IM with a link to a couple of samples in your portfolio. FYI, I'll need quick turnaround on these projects when they become available.
