I have this website for sale. This includes the external links as well. I recently purchased it from someone but do not have time to run it. Traffic is around 50 uniques per day with the old content and 150 uniques a day if new content is put up. Google adsense well....its not optimized but there wasn't really ads there before. Enough to pay for hosting lets put it. Taking offers.
