No sure it's too cheap, I have been offered a few 3 letter .com's last week in the 16-23k range.
They were all good letter combos as well.

depends on what the seller wanted for it and maybe what they paid for it originally and maybe how many other offers they got in the past and maybe how much traffic it got or not etc. etc.

I remember buying LLL.com for $500 > $900 and figured doubling my investment was a good thing :)
