I got this offer on my admin email for webmaster.uk.com for £1000 , its seems to be from a uk webdesign firm! (the domain is listed on sedo!)

Think i should accept? OR keep developing the site!

Being from the u.k,to be honest its a fabulous offer as .uk.com is not strong and all them domains do is send traffic to .co.uk or .com because if i saw an advert or similar and couldnt quite remember the extension i would go for .co.uk or .com,none would ever think .uk.com,i would put .uk.com alongside other junk extensions,so grab the grand is my advice.

That's really good for a .uk.com; though I am not too familiar with the value of that extension. That's almost $2k, pretty nice offer. I would accept, but that's b/c I don't know the value of .uk.com's, I thought they were worthless.. ..good luck with it!

uk.com is pretty popular in uk! alot of companies use uk.com names for their business e.g. game.uk.com etc.

I had an asking price of £1500 ! i was thinking i could have possibly got more ! hmm will consider selling it now!

I think you could get more for it and the value is only going to increase with time. If you are looking for quick cash with little to no work involved opt for the sale. If you want to put the work into developing the site the value is surely to increase. Whatever you decide to do I wish you the best of luck!

i think i may pass the offer, the site was growing and i was between the new design! I think i will give the firm a call tomorow see if they goto £1500 i think its really to my advantage to sell even if uk.com becomes icann acredited i doubt i would get that much for the name
