I need help in a TM domain name

I registered a domain name .....

I am starting a website on this but I got an email:

we saw you registered a domain ..... . We suggest not to use our name. We already have "written TM" for this name. We not only have one name. We have many other domains that we have written TM. We are working as group of companies. Hope you understand or else we can go for further official process.

How to check TM as well...

I don't understand the term "written TM"...

I replied the mail to show proof of TM if registered officially officially, and waiting for the response.

The guy is Indian, so is there any law in India for domain name or is it treated globally in term of domain names?

I'm just afraid of TM, I'm not afraid of blackhat things....
