Wanted: Website I want to buy a forum

I am looking to spend around $3000 to $5000 for a forum community. I have a few topics in mind, but am keeping it open to all forums out there. I just want to make sure its something I know and enjoy so I can participate, etc.

First preference is vBulletin.
