Wondering if anyone has information to contact either IDN Registry or Esoftwiz? I have been trying for over a week to change the DNS for my site (we bought new hosting) and I get absolutely no response from any email and their listed phone numbers are no good, one doesn't have a voice mail, the other I never get a response to my messages. I found an archived thread relating to this from 2005, but wondered if anyone had any current information, or perhaps experienced this problem themselves?

I myself am in search for contact info on this company as I have a client who has a domain there, and we need to make changes but I get no response (bouncedemails) from this company.
I think they are a reseller (saw opensrs references) - would I go around them and to Tucows or something?
