what does it mean? Does it have any traffic? If so what are people looking for?

So it is a 'brandable' domain? The idea you have come up with isn't insinuated by the domain itself. The trouble with those type of domains is it's hard to convince an enduser to pay a premium, unless you have one of the few domains that can fulfil their wish, when they could find made up terms that are also as meaningless but available for reg fee or a few dollars. Generally if you have to create, and explain, an idea for a domain in order to sell it this is not a good sign for a valuable domain. I don't see any value here from the name itself. Maybe if you create a site, push a brand, and get interest then you could get some return - however the time investment probably isn't worth it.
