you guys are insane.. the domain is easily 6 figures in the current market, i see junk domains getting 40-50K these days in auctions.

Yes it's seems to be the case, I've also noticed many sold high priced domains. Are being used for park pages, as long as park pages pay I guess that will keep happing.
