Is there value in dictionary .biz and .mobi's anymore?

I have access to quite a few dictionary .biz and .mobi's and was wondering if these TLD's are a safe investment?

.biz has been a poor performer for us in the aftermarket, but we have a few that garnered decent search engine listings.

.biz -no.... campy TLD.

.mobi - perhaps. but not for the mobile market

It depends on the keyword and price. There is plenty of value in .BIZ and .MOBI for true category killer terms.
