I've decided to sell the domain iwinatpoker.com.

I think it may be worth about $1500.

If you owned it, what would you try to sell it for?

I noticed someone registered the .net version, so the .com should probably be worth something.

Any appraisals or what it might be worth?

Poker is a hot keyword. However, looking at the attached comp's, I would certainly value below $2k. And unfortunately, given the number of words, I also think I'd tend to say less than $500. However here's the comp's so you can judge for yourself:

Thanks for the response.

I think it's pretty brandable though.

It could possibly used for an actual poker gambling site, or for poker tips and strategies, or even for a poker pro who charges for teaching newbies.

Plus I hear poker ad's bring in big money.

I could even envision it being one of those commercials you see on TV: "Want to learn poker like you see the pro's play on TV ? Log on to iwinatpoker.com now!" etc.

...Or am i dreamin'?

True, the domain is 4 words, but they are 4 short words.

It's even smaller than the popular 2 word domain poker site "absolutepoker", lengthwise. (and may even be easier to spell).

And there are no hypens, numbers, or hard to spell words, and it's easy to remember.

I wouldn't try to judge that. I do know my domains tend to get more valuable the more I look.

Comp's, however, are real. They're what somebody actually paid for the domains. To remove emotion, I'd suggest asking a half-dozen friends to rank your's into the above . Or, maybe even better, give the list with names only (including yours) and ask them to rank the whole list.

These approaches should give you a fairly impartial look at value.

definitly not worth 1500 but if you develop you MIGHT get low XXX for it..

That's just like I said...I think your asking far too much, theres 4 words which is a lot, especially if your going on branding for your valuation.
