The website Jewelry-Armoire.com is for sale.
Jewelry-Armoire.com is a well established website that has been around for 4 years. Although the site is not currently functional it still gets a huge amount of targeted traffic from people interested in purchasing jewelry armoire furniture.
I had purchased this website from its form owner about a couple of years ago and at that time it was one of the top furniture website's on the internet.
Unfortunately, when I had purchased the site I was just a rookie in website sales so I wasn't able to get signed up as a dealer with the supplier that is used for the website, which is powell furniture. Powell furniture requires a few trade references of other companies that you do business with when applying to become a dealer.
At the time, I was in the process of having the site upgraded and optimized for the search engines but I stopped when I ran into problems with becoming a powell furniture dealer. So that is why the site isn't completely functional. All the programming for the site and the database is completely in tact, however, it just needs a slight modification to be restored which could be done by hiring a programmer that is familiar with oscommerce shopping cart. (I can give you the email address of the programmer that was previously modifying the site for me if you like)

I had plans for restoring the website later when I was able to sign up as a powell furniture dealer but unfortunately I am in need of money so I am regretfully selling the website.
Other possible uses for the site that could be extremely profitable could be to create a search engine optimized affiliate store.
JewelryArmoire.com has a great affiliate program where you can earn a 10% commision on any sale made by a visitor that you refer within 30 days of visiting their site through you affilate link. I bet you could generate a lot of sales using this affiliate program considering how much targetted traffic this website gets from people searching for jewelry armoires.
Another profitable use for the site could be to create an adsense website that provides information about jewelry armoires.
