I don't like it. IMO if you get an offer, take it. If they seem to be big co's, I'd counter at 15, with a soft language that helps them keep bargaining.

Yes, these are in fact big companies with deep pockets, and of course, a great domain like this broadly covers the entire job category, which is one of the hottest categories, especially with record layoffs and super high unemployment.
