Maybe yes, maybe not, but whenever the content is renewed the PR will come back.Back in 2005 I was renewing content from web.archive, added adsense and was builing "link farm" with intent to rent links on it. I stopped doing that because it was too much work, but still if I would be starting with little money I would do this again.
