For Sale Just spotted a PR4 expired domain? any value?

hi guyz,
i just spotted a PR4 domain which is lying expired. Any instant resale value for it. It also ranks within 100 in google for a high bid keyword. Its a ccTLD.
Any advise?

When a domain is dropped, I think its PR will reset.

Maybe yes, maybe not, but whenever the content is renewed the PR will come back.Back in 2005 I was renewing content from web.archive, added adsense and was builing "link farm" with intent to rent links on it. I stopped doing that because it was too much work, but still if I would be starting with little money I would do this again.

You might want to research whether there are any trademark or blacklist issues with it. I have aquired domain names a couple of times, then come to realize that they were probably available because there maybe lawsuits or some such issues. Good Luck!
