Language transalation script

Has anyone used on there website a language transalation script,

I have a few websites that get non English traffic, and I think a transaltion script would increase the sales,

But Id like some feedback from webmasters that have used such a script,

Same here, I need one.

Maybe a php script that grabs google translator and converts the language?
