The person you turned it down to may be one of the 581,000 search results for "loan modification calculator", including possibly theloanmodificationcompany.org or loanmodificationcalculator.info coming in at number 11.

In other words, there are 581,000 various types of loan modification calculator sites out there right now.

Now, a year later, you are looking to sell to the "end user"????

Your end user is someone who already has a site and gave up on you.

Therefore, YOU should be the end user and create your own site and try to garner that traffic away from everyone else. The time, effort, money spent on trying to sell this would pay for a site and start earning possibly something.

Honestly, a year later and you are still asking, what should I do with it?

Definitely, a year later I'm still asking you know why? I predicted a year ago that the loan mods were going to fix the PREFORECLOSURES, so what's happening now since the loan mods weren't getting approved because this iis NEW to everyone, anything NEWLY CREATED is risky. So these loan mods stalled the preforeclosures, but guess since the loan mods didn't work, the government is attempting to recreate these programs so that the new wave of foreclosures won't hit us driving us into a "deep recession". So loan mods are here to stay, due to the recession getting deeper and deeper, more and more people would like to know what their options are re loan modification. If they didn't inquire a year ago, they are sure inquiring now!

Well, if the last offer you had was last year and you have supported at length why this name is still relevant and valuable, again I ask...what are you waiting for?

Build a site.
