"loans" domains - question

Hello,

I have a small question...
Are .net and .org domains of the type "TexasLoans.net/org" worth anything? It doesn't have to be loans, it can be any high paying keyword

.net would be certainly valuable for a high paying keyword. Can't say the same for .org as it's extension generally meant for organizations so it would depend on the name itself.

Nothing wrong with a strong keyword in .net or .org extension ... You will most likely have to develop into atleast a PPC site (YPN or Google) to obtain decent income.

It depends, if you have a good budget then go for advertising. If not then submit your site to directories, exchange links with similar theme sites, have your site's link in your forum sigs etc.
