domain in itself, despite the dash, because these
are a strong keyword pair. I was going to say
$xxx to $xxxx

But since it's a PR4 site all set to make money,
you'd have to factor this in. Without knowing the
details on how much the site takes it makes it
impossible to appraise.

by the way, it's a very nice looking site, clean

no one can ever really appraise the value of a domain as is, let alone appraise it as a developed website.

only the offers you get, determine what it's worth to another.
