Who searches for this keyword.. = major funds in the top 3 search engines

From what i can see there is some demand... for this keyword...

But with out a listing Im not sure what your domain is worth

I recommend you to develop it..

Ya lots of bidding on the keywords high CPC's, but not a lot of searching for it. That could make for some high paying clicks, I should be able to get very targeted traffic. So I will develop it, and see how much traffic and clicks I can get for it.
