Mass Pay ?! => Balance

Hello,

I followed Stian "tutorial" about mass pay.
I upgraded my account to Business, I created the csv file, the file is accepted.

BUT Paypal says my balance is too low ... normal as I have a $0 balance.
When I want to add funds, it only shows Wire Transfert with 6-10 biz days to credit.

Did I miss something ?? Is it possible to add funds with Credit card ?

I think masspay can only be made from available balance.
Add funds to your account first, and wait.

Yes, that's correct. You can only use Masspay if you have money in your Paypal account.
