This could be one mean and nasty fight for the rights to Michael Jackson's estate, and that includes anything branded as "Michael Jackson".

I remember there was a talk show radio host who also had that name, but no where near as famous.

I think there are a lot of Michael Jackson's, it must be a super common name. If someone who had that name were using it they should be fine.
