Brian in less then 4 days has turned into a brand. He has fans, and people who really want to know more about him. See, the site is not about a pixel grid. It is about Brian's Life.

If you really think that you turned some "Joe Blow nobody" into a "brand" in less than four days you are seriously delusional my friend.

And just because he has "fans" (which are largely nothing but the "curious gawkers" - those are the same types that slow then by the roadside car accident and stare into dead bodies) does not mean anything. Everything and anybody in this world could have "fans". For instance, people who perform coitus with dead bodies ("necrophiles") are also "fans" of the sexual pleasure with dead bodies. Does that make them worthy of anything? After all, technically they are "fans" too?

And don't insult my intelligence by saying this is about "Brian's Life" pleez.
This is about you and your exploatation of a harmless, down-on-his-luck-"teddy bear" for your own purposes. In fact, you yourself are implying that: >>"Faq#3.We are an upstart marketing company (Bare Naked Marketing) looking to make a name for ourselves in an already crowded industry."

So don't b.s. me with your empty marketing rhetoric speech and what not. I see through people like you from miles away.

Just watch and see... :-D

Brian is happy and so are we... :)

Michael :)

Exploitation of the disabled WOW that is pretty low you can spin it any way but IMO that is just pure exploitation why not try to get Brian a retirement plan a charity event instead of buying him beer. ALCOHOL+DIsabled = SAD again IMO I am all for making money at least the other ones the kid is just like for me or for school bit to use someone who is disabled just not right IMO.

Yeah well Brian is happy because he gets his beer, and for the first time in a long while someone is actually paying some sort of attention to him. That is the same thing as when some dirt poor chap goes to Best Buy and buys himself a cheap TV for $300 bucks (made for $25 in China). He is happy, and Best Buy is happy. It's called a trickle-down economy. So yes, I could be a pragmatic and say that ends justify their means, but I won't because Brian will be forgotten in no time, while you will go on to make further exhibitions unrelated to him. :)

LOL that was funny :) did you click on my typo? ;)

Sheesh -- some people are getting all bent out of shape here... watch the personal attacks and offensive references please.

Some wonder why this site works... Well people like to talk about money, and this is a lot of money, so they go crazy about it. Why do people sit around talking about multi-million dollar superbowl ads? Well I think it is cause of the same reason. And the money is what the company wants them to talk about, so that the company will be on the "top of their mind" when they go to buy things at the store.

BTW, yesterday my site had 250 Uniques from my link exchanges!

Actually, I think this is a really good idea, for $1.00 you get an ad on a website that has some pretty decent traffic, and as word spreads it will likley only get more traffic. You certainly can't get that kind of exposure for that low price anyplace else... I think the key is the low $ cost of the ads...

No posts on this thread for well over a week. How is the traffic holding up?

I get about 250 uniques daily - with no content (yet) on my page.

In my opinion, the real money will be made treating PSS, although it will be a rip off as I think you lot are incurable.

For those who haven't come across this Acronym, it stands for Pixel Site Syndrome.

Can you say micro-fad. The common cold will last longer.

Time to go play with my furby and my beanie babies.

Fad? Yes. Does it have enough legs to get the page almost full? Quite possibly

Well, the guy who set up the orginal site has had some sales and to date some of his Clients at least are satisfied. Top Left is obviously a lot more interesting than the bit at the bottom right, which you have to scroll to! So a full board maybe being a bit optimistic.

As for all the wanabee immitators, I think most of them should be confined to straight-jackets!
