I'm sorry if this is a silly question but I'm very new to all of this.

Is there a minimum amount of time I should wait after registering a domain name, before I ask for appraisals?

Thank you much.

Hi and welcome to DNF - there is no set time after registration to ask for an appraisal here - the only condition being that you own the name. However if the name is for use on a developed website, obviously waiting while the site develops will add value to the appraisal.

Thank you much for your welcome and your very quick response.
That helps me be less intimidated. :)

don't be intimidated...we dont bite....(most of us, lol) :-D

well... in the appraisal section we do, but usually because the domains deserve it :goofy:

366 days after you register it for 1 year.

 too funny you guys!

If my domain names deserve it, I promise I wont flinch.
It would be a lot better then getting no response. Lol, maybe that's an indicator?
