I think adult does best on .coms, and very rarely does a .org adult site get big. I can only remember one big adult site on a .org, and that one is p***y.org. So for this name, sorry, but I can't say I have too much faith that it would get big. The term "moans" is only searched 3600 times a month compared to 1 million for that other term. And while you could, of course, SEO it and make it get traffic, I would say it is limited to the few 1000 user a month.
