Oh man this sucks.
Moniker has a NS down and I think from what I am seeing with some of my names it is backed up by a NS which has not been updated for at least 1-2 weeks.

This problem is causing one of my larger retail sites to lose its mail as well as some other sites to be down or revert to old settings.

Anyone else having this problem?

Called them and they seem very concerned about my problem and are doing everything they can to fix it but this has happened to me a couple of times over the past few weeks and quite frankly is scaring me.

Well, trying to help is nice however the fact that I am losing money is not.

One of my programmers came to me and said, "Is Moniker a big registrar?" I answered "yes". And he said "this is a problem that should never happen even to the smallest of registrars."

I have been with Moniker for quite a while and everything has always been great but the last month or two have been a little. I hope this is just due to their upgrading.

To be honest, I have had many many issues with Moniker over the past 2 weeks and I have seen very strange things happen.

My landing pages of thousands of domain mysteriously got pointed to Moniker's home page instead of to my ppc pages. Explanation was given that maybe a dumb end user would believe, but I am an experienced domainer and certified web server guru. Explanation was impossible to be true.

My stats and income dropped over $500 a day. I am not too happy about this. The other thing I find bad is they should be monitoring there servers, they nevere know about a problem until you call in.
