I called my rep - turned out he was at the domainfest at that moment and by the time he was back his inbox was impossible to handle, I figured out.
Not enough of them to handle it all.

(SEDO doom?)

Folks - we are making some significant improvements on support and adding more staff as well. The improvements are in process and we appreciate your support.

Please send me email copies of the issues you have been waiting on and let me see what and why they are not being addressed in a timely manner.

Thanks - [email protected]

Typically happens when a company's experiencing growth that's exceeding all
planned expectations. Happened to the registrar I once worked for.

Good to know you've taken time to address this, Monte. Now that's something
one arguably hardly gets when dealing with a business.

ok lets have a test, email sent to support 1 day ago.

1 day and counting :)

I was feeling strange that an email sent Friday wasn't replied yet. Now I understand. I've been promoting Moniker to hundreds of people, because they are the Registrar I prefer. Lets just hope that support be up again.

I sent an email on Friday with a request to transfer in a domain they do not have the TLD set up for an auto transfer on their site and I have yet to receive a reply either. :-(

In my case it's also a domain I need to transfer, but the other Registrar didn't give a valid auth code so I need to resubmit the transfer.

But lets bear with Moniker's growing pains. Hopefully it's temporary.

I've been contacted by Monte and Don, so I would advise everyone contact Monte as he said.

bluelook - if the losing registrar did not give you a valid code, you need to contact that registrar for the correct code if there is an error in your transfer report. I think Don was in touch with you already.

jdk - what name are you looking to transfer in and do you have the proper code?

send by email - [email protected] and I will see what the issue is

The problem is that the Registrar in question doesn't have any contact available (Neonic OY).
So the only option is to transfer the domain with no auth code at all on the transfer request. Maybe it's just email based.
I already asked Don to do this (resubmit transfer), so I'm back on track. Thank you for everything.

MonikerMan, When will the New York list become available?

I got a generic email today (I think it went out to the entire traffic email list) with many names that will be at the auction including a bunch that were not previously reported, and they said that all 3000 names are available at Monikers website so that we can start our research.

The email did not have a link, and I cannot find it, so I suspect that as in the past, the list is only available to those who have registered to bid already.

I deleted the email too soon, and now I cant access my deleted folder. Perhaps someone else can post it in its entirety.

Why not email again but cc it to Monte? Maybe he'll check if they even got it
to begin with, especially since email isn't as reliable today as it used to be.

Why should I need to do that? Why can't my support request be answered in a timely manner considering I have moved most of my domains to this registrar?

Where is this extra staff and improved support we keep getting promised.

Not everyone has access to shortcut to Monte, what about them?

I keep posting until my support request gets answered!

6 days and counting

Guess it matters who your account rep is - mine always answers within 24 hours. And I'm a puny player at Moniker.com... till they start doing .ca that is.

No, you don't need to do that. But then, you don't need to aggravate yourself
either when you do have other options that others don't have, do you?

Again, this is considering the possibility if they did or didn't get your query to
begin with. Only Moniker can say if this is the case or not.

But if they did get your query (and that's a big if), then it'll be interesting why
no one's replied yet. One can only wait and see, or try what I suggested.

Yes your probably right, it was probably eaten by Monikers well known and over enthusiastic spam filter.
I will resend the email.
