I will start sending an email once per day until I get a response. I am currently awaiting a response to a second transfer in request I have sent twice last week. I am also awaiting a response to a question I had as well I emailed twice last week too.

join the club, still waiting for a response to support request sent 8 days ago, resent 2 days ago

Moniker isn't answering my emails either.

hehe, I sent my email to Monte 3 days ago and still no reply...

it was holiday weekend in US

I just talked with Monte and he told me some news: new office, and more staff, starting next week. Even with this hiccup in the last few days, Moniker is still the best Registrar around.

Strange, I emailed him 2 or 3 times in the last week, and he takes minutes to reply.

Today he took 14 minutes to reply. More impressive if you think it's the CEO of such a company.

Have you emailed to his email @ corp.moniker.com ?

I heard Monte works even during the weekends!!
no comments!

I';m not sure whats going on, I have sent 3 emails now 2 to support and one directly to Monte?

Is it possible that they are dropping anything coming from a gmail address?, I will send one today from my isp smtp and see what happens.

I always send emails from Gmail, and they are being read. I suggested them to create a helpdesk system not just email based, so that we can see our support tickets there, to avoid some of the email problems.

Don't know what's happening with you. Every email I send to Monte is answered within minutes. Better customer reassurance than I would expect.

Just to check... when pushing a domain from one Moniker account to another, you need the new person's (i.e. the buyer's) account number and auth. code, right?

That's what I've done in the past. Anywhoo, someone bought a domain off of me, however they (I think) are new to Moniker and so asked whether the auth. code is safe to give out (they asked the Moniker support guys). Anywhoo, the support guys replied saying it's not safe to give out, and as such I have to contact support to attempt to push the domain?

Am I thinking wrongly here, but I thought that the auth. code was okay to give out for pushing domain purposes?

i m still waiting answer even though i emailed Monte...

its about a transfer and i m in a hurry because i received one offer for this website and if it succeed i need to push it to his account.
but if not transfered push is not allowed

Its safe to give out, theres no way to push a domain to someones account without it

Thought so.. thanks VirtualT.

Not sure why Moniker support got a simple question like this wrong then... heck, the guy who bought the domain off me probably thinks I'm a scammer now.

i just got reply on my question email

if you push a domain from one account to another, you need to provide the pushing account the auth code from your security section area.

they can then push the domain to your account.

Also - two new client service managers started today and the back log will be getting addressed over the next week. Thanks for your patience as we expand our service and support department.
