"Joe Blow" is a common phrase indicating "average joe" or anonymity, in the same sense that "Joe Public" and "Joe Doe" are used.
All other TLD's are taken - I have high respect for the .net TLD.
My appraisal: $75 - $250 depending on the use. It could be an anonymous remailer, an adult site (why not?) or a political satire one.

Nope, I can't blame the Cat on this one, I actually had a NW bid of $8.75 on it.
Most ext. are taken, I believe it's a common phrase or at least I've heard it many times.
Maybe it could be used as something like anonymous emailings or surfing service.

I agree, the name is well worth it. JoeBlow is also a chewing Gum company, you may want to check the TM's. But seeing as it is well known that joeblow describes an average guy, it may not matter.
