Namefrog....anyone know how to contact?

I have a domain that was backordered through namefrog.com and I can not get a response from Namefrog.com or dotster.com regarding the name. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get this name transferred or released from namefrog?

Thank You....that is a start but I have no clue of my password and username. I do not see a way to have it sent to you via email. Am I missing something? Do you know why no one answers the support emails?

I've only had one name with them, and I think I had to use the forgotten password to obtain my info. If your contact info is showing up in the whois database, try using your email address to obtain the info:

http://www.namefrog.com/ManageAccount/ForgotPass.jsp

I found a way to have the password sent to you but now It says my email address is not on file. Is this a real register or a scam site? I really would like to have someone contact me

It's a real registrar, but support is lacking...

I don't have any other solutions.
