Namejet Auction Starts Without Notification

I have recently placed a few bids on domains in the "pre-order" category with NameJets. I was surprised to learn that the auction had gone live without any notification. It was first when I logged in to my account that I realized the auction was going.
Any suggestions for how I can turn on notifications when an auction goes live? Or, is this a non-existing feature?

This might be a silly question, but did you check your promotions/spam folders? Mine usually hide there.

Yea, nothing in the spam or promotions folders. I sent the guys an email, and apparently I'm supposed to get notifications. I guess I'll have to wait and see until next domain goes online..
