How do I join the private auctions as a newcomer?

Ok, a long discussion but I don't know yet how:
1- Bidding on single names currently in "redemptionperiod";
2- Bidding in bulk on multiple names;
3- Removing a name from my bidding list.
If someone is able to help me, I'd appreciate knowing exactly what clicking and where to do that, thanks in advance.

1- Use the bulk bidding tool.
2- Use the bulk bidding tool.
3 - You can only remove a 8.75 domain. You can remove a max of 10 a day. You can't remove one if it is too close to dropping.
Actually they have a bug. I have a 8.75 domain that I can't remove. It expires next year and I haven't used my 10 slots per day.

I understand only now that my problem isn't the new NWinner interface but something related to my account because I don't have those options on the left side where I can see exactly what follows:

New NW problem I am having this morning, dont you just love waking up to problems
All the names I have been bidding on and watching have suddenly vanished from my account, my list is now empty, I hope all is not lost, I spent a good amount of time finding and watching these names and I was high bidder on many.
