Can't login. Anyone else having trouble?

I have never used NameWinner - not their fault - just my ISP does not well with them or their URL. I think they use a security system that "bothers" security or something.

Can't login smoothly, must re-try many times to access every page. And once again, they lost to enom's club-drop today for my name(I got it via enom's club drop). They have lost 3 times to enom's club drop of my back orders recently, though they were all low profile domains, I wonder they just gave up those $8.75 domains???:sad:

yes they did, and they are starting to on $25 too.

Namewinner is down today also and it is not the problem with my ISP. A traceroute from a server a burst/nocster.com and another server at theplanet.com shows that their site is down.

It has been like that since last 3 days. Their site is up one minute and down the other. They have one of the worst user interface that I have ever seen on the internet now to top that this downtime. They appear to be making decent amount of money from namewinner but still have done nothing about user interface or what appears to be this hosting related issue. Signs of a typical mismanaged company?

It is true that they have more downtime than any major site I have ever encountered on the net. This has actually been going on for months - ever since last spring when they re-opened after closing for a month to revamp while Verisign was instituting their RGP. I can't believe they let it go on this way without hiring some competent programmers to fix it.

Hopefully, they are willing to put money into re-programming.

Or, do they figure they don't want to put any add'l money into the site until they know what is happening with WLS?

It is frustrating.

Couldn't even get past "Enter" today or yesterday. Have tried 4 different computers in 4 locations. BD, Ult., and Cayman must be laughin' their asses off! Now you can talk conspiracy if you'd like!

Yeah, never could understand why they wouldn't spend the money to fix the problems. Dotster is the same way. I try and manage my names which I have won with NW and it is PAINFULLY slow or I ahve to leave and comeback 10 times.
Nickely and dimers just piss me off!
