Need a php script today

I am looking for someone to write me a PHP script today. The script is fairly simple.



It's a generic online business directory script. (will be listing companies)



Fields needed:



Company Name (required text field)

Address Lines 1 (required text field)

Address Line 2 (optional text field)

City (required text field)

State (drop down menu)

Zip Code (required text field)

County (drop down menu)



Phone (optional text field)

Fax (optional text field)

Email (required text field)

Website (optional text field)

Year Established (optional text field)



Firm Type (required multi-check box field, with 4 options: Retained, Contingency, Outplacement, Interim Staffing)



Description (required multi-line text field)



Category (required multi-select choice menu (should be able to select multiple options using ctrl key)



Contact Name (required text field)

Username (required text field)

Password (required text password field)

Billing Method (drop down menu with 2 options, Please Send me an Invoice, I will pay online now with Paypal)

Also required is a login area for these registered users. The login area should let users modify their entire profile, excluding user name and billing method)



Also required is an admin area where I will be able to view all the registered users. I should also have an option to add, modify, and delete any of the listings. I should be able to create a new listing through admin panel.



When a user registers, an email should be sent to my email address telling me that someone has registered.

A search page is required. The search page should allow visitors to search by County, Category, Keyword (this would search the description field).

This seems like alot, but I have listed everything that is needed. There is nothing you have to think about. I can even send screenshots of how I would like it to look. If you are seriously interested, please PM me today. I will pay $65 for this script if it gets done today.

That's a clear description of your needs. We fully understand it well and we can actually do it. We can show you some samples of work we have done later. However, the budget does not seem to match the time spent for doing the script.

Beside creating a script for you, we can also do the needed website design to integrate the script.
