Wanted: Service Need a programmer/developer

Someone I know needs a letter photography website and they dont know much about the net so they want me to act kind of like a project manager.

The part I need help with is the "design creator". Im looking for some system similiar to: Click Here

So when you type in your name or whatever the corresponding letter photographs appear below. Then I will need to add whatever they made to their shopping cart.
