I find myself thinking "could what?".
Many domainers ignore the .biz extension, I'm not one of those but I only see .biz as a "business" domain - so pizza.biz, telephone.biz, decorating.biz are all fine but could.biz appears meaningless to me.
Sorry but I see no value even though it is a dictionary word.

So maybe Could.biz can be used for some kind of could do business info/suggestion site or something else like that ?.
