I'd like to have what he's smoking.

I just asked the seller to invoice me via PayPal!

what a great deal lol

The Avril Lavigne photo really adds to that sale.

~ All Offers of $50,000.00 and Over Graciously Considered! ~

Why does the auction have a picture of Avril Lavigne (sp?), she is certainly not a Geisha (although she may very well be horny).

taboo - posted at same time...same idea too :-)

I wrote about this kind of stoopidity on my website

Too bad Avril Lavigne isn't included. For that price, you'd expect at least an autograph or something.

Just throwing your money away with the listing fee. Anyone know how much the fee is to list a $25 million item?

It's actually not very much...I think listing an item for $25,000,000 costs the same as listing an item for any price over $50....I think its something like $5 total for the listing.

Those listings bug me so much! I always send the sellers e-mails asking them if they have any knowledge in the domain name business. Do they actually think their names are worth that much? Adding on the GT's post above, it goes up to 1000$ I think. Under 10$ is 25 cents. under 50$ is 1$ and so on. 25M would be like 1000$ and above for id say 50$ listing fee. Not to sure, but its listed on the site.

Auctions and people like this are the reason i never even bother looking at ebay ever for domain auctions.

But fear not, you can get these crap domains for discount! If you read lower in his auction:

*sigh*

"If you're thinking about registering more than one domain name, you've got the right idea. Registering and using multiple domains names is great for building your business and can help you create a dynamic online identity.

When you register multiple domain names, you can:

*Keep your competition from registering a domain name that draws customers to them instead of you.

*Promote the different products and services you offer.

*Drive more traffic to your Web site.

*Enjoy more opportunities to market to--and be listed in--search engines.

*Create distinct advertising strategies that reach different target markets.

*Provide customers more ways to find you when searching the Internet.

*Capture common misspellings of your domain name, instead of sending visitors to an error page.

*Protect your brand and online identity from those who may have unsavory purposes. "

OMG, I'm sold! Where do I send funds to? lmao. Keep dreaming, dreamer.

PayPal Payment must be received within 48 Hours of Auction Close.
