I've been after this for ages and just got it through a drop. I have real development plans and unless I get a dream offer, I'm not selling.

Need to bear in mind the UK market - think this is the same as
'new apartments' in the US and rest of the world?

How much do you think it may be worth?

Good investment name, flat is not the best term though.

Great news I think. I am honestly (some people I dont believe when they say this) developing it and actually was on the look-out for a similar name. This came along and I got it very cheap.

Flats are to UK what apartments are to the USA, NewFlats.com is an end user mid $x,xxx, just look at prices being achieved by .co.uk names.

So, develop and sell those new flats or punt it around all the big developers before the housing market crashes in the UK again.

Very appealing and convenient domain for the UK region. I would say that this could around 5 or 6 thousand dollars. You might want to consider offering it to a real estate company, its possible that they would be very interested.
